The system was down and we weren’t able to check into our room. We came back a few hours later and there was no staff available to check us in.

I got the feeling this facility was barely surviving. I have stayed a other Extended Stay facilities and this facility was nothing like those facilities. Lots of rebuilding of rooms around my room and above me. Trash outside my room under stairs. Room doors open all along my side of building. Batteries showing under my door handle, i.e., no cover. Had to change rooms three times before we got one that didn’t stink like cigarette smoke. If they hadn’t had extra rooms we probably would have just taken the loss and gone somewhere else it was so bad.

First thing they give us a wrong direction of the room (was in other directions), when we arrive to the correct room the door stayed opens. The small was terrible, old smoke odors

This place is dirty and trash everywhere. Never going back. Staff is very poorly trained

I booked a two night stay through Hotels.com expecting a nice room after a long drive from Central California. When I arrived, the front desk staff informed we that the room that I was supposed to get is not available. In fact he has nothing for me because they probably sold the room twice. They did this on a pre-paid stay that Hotels.com said was a confirmed stay.
No room service. Stay was for 6 days

The lady at the front desk couldn’t be less helpful. Also they say they have breakfast and when I asked about it she flat out told me it’s a lie. No blankets in room for pull out bed.
