My non-smoking room I had requested had strong chemical smell. I did not realize until I got in my Car the next morning and I smelled like smoke that it was a smoking room they had sprayed. The smoke will not come out of my shoes and soft sided suit case. I’ve taken clothes to cleaners, room 253 1-7-20. 100’s of $’s to replace shoes and suit case. I also had a rash on my right upper leg that my MD said it probably was from chemical sprayed on bed. How do you propose to compensate me???

Yikes! Receptionist was 'proper' but unfriendly. First room had a broken toilet - running and wouldn't flush. Housekeeping should have caught it. Second room (non-smoking) was next to smoking room - HVAC unit siphoned in smoke from outside. So much dust and allergens in the very uncomfortable and stained mattress and nasty pillows I coughed all night the first night - no cough during the day but it was back as soon as I got back in that bed night 2. 1/2 way through the night I gave up and opted for watching TV in the recline... read more

I was double charged for my room. They lied and said my payment to Expedia was just holding the toom and i was not allowed to stay unless paying again, and then a day later the Expedia charge went through

Don't stay here. Awful. I thought saving a few bucks was ok, that i would be just fine here. The walkways were blocked with cleaning carts, trash bins and big piles of bath towels on the floor. The people I encountered walking to my room made me feel unsafe. The smell in my room was overpowering...smelled like a dog, mixed with sour milk, mixed with cigarette smoke.
