Wow.. I expected so much better There were no dishes in a room with a kitchen, no coffee maker, no nothing in the kitchen. No ice bucket or ice machine. There was no program book or tv channel page. There was no conditioner or body wash, just shampoo. There was a lot of dust everywhere. And they charged me when I had already paid online so now I have to figure out how to get rental beer refunded. !

Our stay was terrible. Room was filthy, in fact the lead maid was at the room doing a QC check and found the sheet where reused.....enough said. That besides how grossly unkept it was. I put in my notes at the time of reservation that I am a patient at OHSU and needed a bottom floor. Not only where my 72 yr old mother and I given the top floor (no elevator) there was no close parking!! Just pissed I was disregarded at the time of check in then the filth. We checked out a day early, rightfully so

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Got to the hotel around 9:30pm. They double booked our reservation and claimed they did not have a cleaning crew so they turned us away and at that point we did not have another option to stay anywhere.

Ants in the room , lots of ants !!!!!!!!! After hour check in was not responded Even tough i did call ahead of time phone no response at time of arrival. I drove from California to tigard! So i had to sleep in the car for 3 hours until 7 am to wait for someone to check me in! Just sad

In industrial park which at first looks ok. Appears to be hot spot for illegal activity with police each night. I would not recommend to anyone

Short on Staff, no one at front desk for check-in, waited 20 minutes. Covid 19 caused maids to leave. Very dirty
