It’s a studio so the noise from the fridge at night was very disturbing. Breakfast included was just a small wrapped muffin and coffee. The room was somewhat warmer than most other hotels. I guess the air flow control system needs improvement.

Overbooked I booked the room through hotels.com when I got there they had overbooked

Unfortunately I didn’t even make it overnight Bed was impossibly uncomfortable. Nobody at the front desk at night. Left at 11:30pm because there was no way to get to sleep. Questionable clientele so I had to take a lap before heading to my room so I didn’t feel followed.

WORST experience ever, I had to call and get my room switched, carpets were dirty, the sink was dirty, the phone I used to call from the room didn’t even have numbers. I was speechless, this was supposedly to be a good trip to OR and this room situation killed it for my family and I. I had to go to Fred Meyer and buy towels and a sheet set- who does that??? I would really like my money back for this horrendous stay. I will NEVER stay here again or recommend any of my friends and family.

Unclean Nightmare! Was terrible and dirty. When checked in the room was a mess and unclean. Had to walk far away to get keys and was given wrong keys and had to wait at least 40 minutes to get keys etc. It was a long process with multiple things going wrong! Filthy stinky room. Maid puts the dirty towels on the ground by garbage cans...

Bed too hard I’m afraid I cannot recommend this hotel unless you like a rock-hard bed. I was so uncomfortable, I hardly slept. Miserable night. Everything else was fine. Great location.

Disappointing. The room has a big smell when I open the door. Two of the lamps do not have bulbs. Fridge is noisy, because its lower door cannot be closed completely, so I have to unplug it. Otherwise it is difficult to go to sleep. The room definitely needs maintenance.
