The lights did not work and they did not come to help with the situation. It is a dark hotel area and very secluded. But I was more upset with how Hotels.com handled the situation.
Very outdated. Keycard only worked once had kept going back to front desk to have it reprogrammed.

the room allocated was occupied by someone Hot water was not available; Room keys were not working I had to wait for half hour at 2:30 am to checkin and get into the room The 2nd day, I had to wait again to get the room key reactivated

This property was filthy and we almost didn’t stay. Due to our tight schedule, we decided to chance it and when we got to our room, and unpacked everything, we found out that the A/C didn’t work. We were all sweating because there is no elevator so we had to trek our suitcases and gear all around and up the stairs. We then called the front desk and asked for it to be fixed but the maintenance guy had already gone home. Not impressed and will not be back. Very poorly run. Rooms were not clean when we arrived. Best part of this hotel was getting a refund.

Dirty The hotel room was just dirty. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. Crumbs or something in the bed

Eww to say the least. The room smelt so bad , the minute we walked in was dreadful. The smell of the room penetrated on our clothes and blankets. The bed was disgusting, there was hair all over the sheets, blankets and pillows. The bed cover was super stained, the bathroom was dirty. Definitely never staying there again.

Nothing great to say. Lights didnt work. Kitchen in a room is a bad idea. Smelled like someone had a fish fry party before us.
