Horrible Experience at Extended Stay America! I want my $ back! The facility is under staffed, there were kocroaches in my room and the staff neither changed the towels nor bedding. I had to go to the office to ask for fresh towels. I'll never book Extended Stay America again!

Very basic Okay rooms but expect no services. We were initially given a room that had not been cleaned and had to wait for a while. The toilet clogged at one point and the hotel had no plunger - really, no plunger. We left for the day and one was found when we returned. Light breakfast was protein bars and something like coffee. It was okay since we were at the hotel so little but would be depressing to have to spend time there.

Terrible First off they checked me into a room that was already occupied, then the room I got had no drinking glasses ,no coffee maker, no soap.the hotel grounds were filthy large piles of garbage ect.

Terrible hotel in a very convenient location There in only one person in whole hotel (more than 300 rooms) to check-in/out people, clean rooms and attend issues, so several guests and we waited more than 15 minutes to be able to check-in or check-out. Room (with kitchen) didn't have a single dish or glass. Toilet was leaking dirty water.

Understaffed and it was noticable There was only one girl working at the entire hotel from what I could tell. The room was unclean with hair in the tub which was clogged and would fill with water. It smelled awful, there was a loose screw near the door that I'm not sure where it belonged and we could not get the door to lock. Overall I'm very grateful it was only one night!

I was looking for a great place to enjoy the solar eclipse with a kitchen. We had to wait for the room to be cleaned - we were checking in at 6:30 at night. There wasn't any soap in the bathroom, dishes for the kitchen were an extra I was not advised about, there were cobwebs in all the corners of the rooms, the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned in a long time - probably because there wasn't any dishes in them, and the kitchen sink did not have a plug. Awful hotel and staff! Don't stay here! @ExtendedStay @expedia Awful, awful and awful experience. Stayed a Two night stay August 20 and 21st with my husband and kids in Tigard, Oregon. First night...we checked in and they gave us a dirty uncleaned room. Said "oh, that room is not cleaned yet?" Switched us to a clean room and there's no mattress on the pullout couch. Filthy and gross! Checked in at 6:00 p.m. and rooms were not even ready. When they said they were finished got to the rooms and found hair and blood on the bed sheets, called several times and even went to the front desk to get the sheets changed. Promised each time they are on the way after the check someone in, at 12:30 a.m finally gave up and let in my clothes on top of the comforter.
