Forced to Settle My mom got to the hotel at 3ish to only find out they had no reservations in my name. The hotel said they never got the fax to confirm. I had received a "how was your check in" from Hotels.com at 12:00pm. I was forced to take 2 rooms with a king bed and sofa twin sleeper. if I didn't have plans I wouldn't of stayed. I was give a discount for the inconvenience of everything..upon running my card I was charged 3 bucks less than my hotel.com reservation. Will not book here again or recommend

3rd World Hotel One of the most unclean hotels I've ever been in. The smell from the room was beyond unacceptable. I stay in hotels all the time and never complain.

Indifferent staff. Filthy garbage area. Too high priced and run down facility. Indifferent staff.0verpriced. Phones advertising about "breakfast" choice of granola bar or stale banana muffin wrapped in plastic probably dates to 1995.

Phone was disconnected, no dishes in room, dirty dishes outside, light not working, room dated, old small tv

The hotel was dirty. There were trash can drippings all over the stairs and walkways. The phone in the room was not working. There was no coffee machine in the room. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable! There was only one soap in bathroom, we were supposed to use it both for washing hands and bathing! No lotion, no conditioner! We found toys and dirt left behind under the bed! Breakfast was a joke!! Few super small muffins! Full of high fructose corn syrup! Some oatmeal packages. That's it! Hire some more help, Extended Stay. There was only one person working the front desk. Amy did as good a job as she could considering she had zero help. We found ants in our room and asked to move. There were only two available rooms; both smoking rooms. They stunk like ... well, smoke. We stayed in our room ... and we were compted. All's well that ends well ... I guess.

When we arrived (At midnight) the room they assigned was completely filthy. The sheets had not been changed and there was food left in the room from the last people. We then had to wait 45 min for someone to get a manager that was off site to switch our rooms... It's was beyond terrible. I will not go here again.

Lackluster Stay. There are no dishes or glasses and no utensils in the room. THere is no Ice on the property, when I asked the office they told me that there was an ice try in the freezer. Piled up garbage at the base of the stairwell. The place looks good from the street, but is needing updating once you get a closer look.

Dirty and under staffed Our 1st room was right next to overflowing garbage cans (garbage on the ground, flies everywhere, smelly). We immediately called front desk to ask for a new room. The 2nd room was also next to garbage cans, but they were better kept and weren't overflowing with garbage. So we stayed with the 2nd room. However, the room was gross; there were dirty bedsheets & pillows and a stain on the headboard.
