This property allows dogs. A little poodles barked it’s head off ALL NIGHT!! Called down stairs to see if they would do something at 1:30, 2:45 and 4:30, absolutely no help!!! I had a VERY busy and important day, the next day. Plus the fleas were pretty bad. Stay away, for $600 a night, find another hotel‼️
We have used hotels.com for years and tried to cancel this one because we got COVID and couldn't cancel because of a garenteed room. Sad

Room looked like Motel 6. Hotel under Reno’s. Blinds broken in room. Notified front desk right after check in of issue. Promised someone would be up within 30 minutes. Nobody showed.
The floors in the room were the dirtiest I have ever seen ANYWHERE. When you got in the shower the whole tub floor was black. Dirt, grime, random black pieces of some mystery fabric…. It had it all. There was enough dirt on the floors under the bed and behind furniture to say they had never been cleaned since renovation. Dirt was EVERYWHERE. Very spartan room type, construction of elevator going on, AC was not properly working
Stay Away! Service at desk was almost non-existant. Checked in under wrong name, wifi was awful and hard to set up. One elevator, awful breakfast.
