Room wasn't cleaned, bedsheets were not changed, poor continental breakfast, people were not nice.

This room was disgusting. The beds and kitchenette had rust all over it. No water pressure, could not completely rinse out shampoo/conditioner. Air conditioning unit had bugs crawling in it! This hotel was grossly overrated. I'm furious how much they charged for a room.

La chambre était très sale, c'est très bruyant: il y a des industries voisines qui font énormément de bruit. Le déjeuner est assez ordinaire : choix de 2 muffins, barres tendres et yogourt. C'est assez décevant. Je ne retournerai pas à cet hôtel pour un prochain voyage

Horrible experience Terrible experience . 3 day/2 night stay Front office informed us after the 2nd day no housekeeping service unless you stay 7nights. The room floors were sticky , dirty so bad that even our socks got dirty as you walked . I asked for sheets so I can place them on the floor as we walk. Was not provided w them . Check out time was is 11am if you check out even 10 min after they charge you an extra night w/o your consent

Cockroaches I had to chase down and kill a huge cockroach that scurrying around right before going to bed! It was so gross!
