Hotel was ok but nothing to rave about. Hotel was ok at best. We were on a budget and you get what you pay for. Towels were dingy, water pressure was wonky, even the faucet operations were weird. Breakfast was a joke packaged oatmeal/grits, packaged muffins, and packaged boiled eggs. The coffee surprisingly was good. Sheets were clean and so was the room so we were content.

Very poor water pressure on shower and also they do not serve full breakfast though it's advertised as if there is complete breakfast.

The overall property is not appealing. Lobby was hot. Rooms were muggy. Towels in the room were dirty. This place is a dumb.

Staff disrespectfully, rooms dirty and no one to fix bathrooms issues. Plus they guarantee a refund and still waiting for it.

Hotel theft There is not much to review, hotels.com mess up my rental and the hotel never returned the money for my rental, I called them and they never returned my calls and hotels.com only said that “ we are going to see if we can get part of your money” no apologies for messing up my reservation

Run - Don’t walk away from this hotel!!! This was a horrible experience. I was in town for a conference and brought my wife. No one at front desk until you bring bell multiple times. Staff was unfriendly. “Breakfast included” amounted to choice of horrible oatmeal or soft boiled eggs entire property smelled like a sewage treatment plant. The hotel had a musty smell throughout the hotel. There was no Ice machines to be found and there were no ice trays on the refrigerator to be used either. The Continental breakfast was extremely limited with only a coffee pot and a few store bought muffins. I would have canceled my reservation after our first visit, but the cancellation fee was basically the same cost of the stay. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The only good thing about this hotel is the location to the cruise port.
