The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Our room was very dirty. The flat sheet on the bed was poorly tucked in as the fitted sheet. The typical bed cover was very clearly upside down and backwards on the bed, and was the only blanket we had to sleep with. The entire hotel smelled like drugs. There was mysterious trash on the kitchen shelves. There was urine and stool on the front of the toilet. This hotel disgusted us.

I guess you get what you pay for. $100 room with a pee smell when we entered. We had to open windows and door to air it out. One of the pillow cases was stained. Then there was a homeless kid sitting in the stairwell using the wall outlet to charge his phone. Thankfully we just needed a place to crash. Didn't spend much time there. On the upside the location is convenient but I'll opt for somewhere else next time.

My wife and I stayed there got to our room to take a shower and no hot water we told the employees it wasn’t working and they said and this is a quote “ they don’t know how to work it “ So my wife and I decided to get a refund and leave cause terrible customer service They were so rude and unprofessional

horrible there was a dead roach in my room and no ice i was told i had to fill a tray worst experience ever
