Broken elevator, no designated smoking area, bad odor, lots of ppl sitting in cars, breakfast selection was minor.

No hot water. Free "breakfast" was coffee, muffins, and hard boiled eggs wrapped in sealed plastic and maybe some fruit if you get there early. There is zero outside area. No chairs, no benches, just gravel and 2 overgrown potted plants next to the parking lot. Rooms are spartan and beds are not queens. Towels are small, no conditioner, and you have to ask for a coffee maker. Not sure if it comes with coffee. Lobby is tiny with 2 small benches. Elevator was broken for 2 of 3 days. My tv don’t work my whole stay , bathroom door lock every time you close it plus the toilet was overflowing every time u flash they give me a plumber trash was not empty

Front desk person was not available and room assignment was not what waa reserved (1 bed for 3 people). The reservation was for 2 beds. No kitchen or bathroom amenities. No coffee. Told customers they were over booked and no mattress for pull-out sofa.

Dirty and noisy. Called the Front desk as I kept on hearing a noise. The guy in the front desk acted like nothing was wrong and came up to my floor heard the noise and pretended like nothing was wrong. I have an early flight so I decided to check out and go to Wyndham hotel
