El hotel ofrece un desayuno el cual solo es un cafe ,la habitacion nunca las limpiaron en los 3 dias no hacen las habitaciones ni cambian las toallas ,no pudieron atenderme el hotel no tiene las condiciones para la calidad que ofrece carece de servicio y en la administration nunca hay nadie

I was on the third floor, and there was distinct smell of smoking through the hallways, and not cigarettes, You couldn’t escape. Additionally, the water in the shower did not get hot. It was cold not even warm.

This was my third time staying here my second within weeks and I was totally turned off. No I will not stay again. There were roaches in my room. they exterminated but who wants to smell that while there. Those same kids was still there and this time the kid did not go to school because he had no shoes he said. Again they were unattended and I asked the desk person is this normal and what was going on that this is what I am seeing. Her response was they are guest here as well. The bath tub was really dirty and the floors were sticky. Poor customer service and no desk attendant at 6am when we needed to check out to catch a flight. I don’t recommend staying here.
