Terrible Upon checking into the room looking around room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom was not clean and there was a cockroach on the toilet… room was changed contacted hotels they stated hotel would not do a refund. Slept in clothes, placed our bags on table as second room still was not completely clean. Next morning worker banged on door told us we had to check out even though I requested late check out and staff before did not leave not so we had to leave.

Don’t stay here Absolutely disgusting that the shower didn’t work. When we enquired about it we were told “you just are not doing it correctly” pretty sure at the age 52 I know how to use a shower.

Noisy and rooms need a good clean . Did not feel safe after 2 nights was glad to leave . The area was ok with some shops in walking distance. Good Irish bar over the road . $20 uber into beach area . Beds were comfortable, shower hot and powerful .

All was fine except for someone banging on the wall in a nearby room for over four hours during the evening. it stopped just after midnight for a half hour and then started up again for two more hours. I received less than four hours of sleep. Cannot believe hotel staff did not stop this.

Dirty rooms The man who checked us in was so nice. We were staying one night in between cruises just to do laundry. 2 out of the 4 washers were filled with black water and couldn’t use, 2 out of the 6 dryer took our money and never worked. We did let the front desk know. Our room was discussing and did t look like it had been clean in weeks. The bathroom had black mold and we couldn’t wait to check out. We will never stay there again. It’s a shame as it was so close to the port, shopping and dining.

There were roaches and the tub was dirty. The elevator shakes. The hallway smells.I was made aware that my deposit will not be available until after 3-5 days after I was leaving. At least I should have known upon arrival, not at departure.
