Disaster! paid for 2 double beds, got one, my son slept on the floor. " no other rooms" to give me despite I PAID more for the double. BLOOD in the shower!! had not been cleaned and human blood streak down side. I have NEVER had such a bad experience. Do not book with them!

Only if you are desperate Staff was very helpful. Urine in the stairwell. Homeless coming in to get free coffee at 6am. No coffee maker, only hand towels, the smallest piece of soap ever. A tiny tube of shampoo and I could not get a second. No conditioner or hairdryer. Bed was comfortable. Room was dreary and depressing. I was desperate.

Awful service, no hot water, no attempt to fix extremely disappointed. we had NO hot water all weekend. I reported it multiple times to the front desk during our stay… I was told someone would take a look at and get it fixed… but that never happened. 3nights of cold showers not good at all. Horrible When we first arrived, front desk was nice. We checked in our hotel room didn't even get to unload our things from the cart when we noticed a baby roach crawling the wall. We killed it with our shoe and called the front desk. Later the same night seen dust spiders were on the tv stand. The whole entire stay we killed roaches. This is a prime property right near convention center. We walked 20 min briskly every day to it. Absolutely no coffee in rooms. Absolutely not enough help at front desk I found underwater under the sink area from last guest The remote did not work got another st front desk trash room was packed as I walked by. Door was open

Neither restful nor enjoyable We had no TV service. We called the front desk at 6:45pm to ask for assistance and she said it was too late for her to leave the check in desk so she could not help us. We had no tv for our stay. At 11:45pm the front desk called our room not once but twice and woke everyone up to ask us to please come down and turn off our car alarm that was going off.
