The hallways and our room had noticeably dirty floors. Disappointing, but even more so due to the plaque in our room detailing their”extensive” cleaning process and that the housekeeping is “inspected “ by a supervisor.

This hotel is a fire hazard. Both outlets by the beds didnt have a cover, were twisted to plug in the bedside lamps but the plug was only halfway in. Mold in the bathrooms and just everything was on the grimy side

Poor service, didn’t get the king size room I booked had to settle for a queen size and toilet sewage backwashed into the bathtub. Always garbage in the hallways and noisy guests during the night

Not a well maintained property and, for the rate, not a good buy. Location was good and the property, if well maintained, would have been very acceptable. The lack of public area cleanliness reduced the impact from fair to disappointing.

less than 1 star! We arrived about 8:30 pm, checked in and went to grab a bite to eat prior to going up to the room. When we got back we went up to the room to find puddles of water on the floor and kitchenette counter. Went to the front desk and they gave us a new room. The tv did not work and we were just exhausted from the trip. The hotel was to offer free breakfast, which there was none, however, they said there would be coffee in the morning.
