This hotel is a one man show. The poor employee at the check in desk is the same person that does it all. The hotel is very short-staffed, hence the lack of details in the cleanliness and else.

Won't stay here again. Beds were very uncomfortable. Holes in the blanket. Little bugs crawling all over the night stand. Bathtub so slippery almost fell. No ice machine, no bottled water.

I booked a Studio with 2 Double Beds and paid in full for a 3-night trip. The 4 of us arrived at noon on check-in day. Front desk staff confirmed our stay and held our bags while we went about our day. We returned later that evening to learn the hotel was overbooked, so the room we were offered had one double bed. We asked if there were extra pillows, bedding, or rollaway beds to accommodate the four of us, and there were not. I knew this was a substandard property when I booked it but as no other properties were available due to last minute bookings I booked it anyway. This property should never ask for premium prices even when there is high demand.

Rooms and hallways stunk sooo bad I had to cover my nose with my shirt so I didn't gag. Hair from previous guest was all over he shower and bedding. I will never stay there again. Wasted $300 plus on a room for the night.

This property allows dogs. A little poodles barked it’s head off ALL NIGHT!! Called down stairs to see if they would do something at 1:30, 2:45 and 4:30, absolutely no help!!! I had a VERY busy and important day, the next day. Plus the fleas were pretty bad. Stay away, for $600 a night, find another hotel‼️

We have used hotels.com for years and tried to cancel this one because we got COVID and couldn't cancel because of a garenteed room. Sad
