Room looked like Motel 6. Hotel under Reno’s. Blinds broken in room. Notified front desk right after check in of issue. Promised someone would be up within 30 minutes. Nobody showed.

The floors in the room were the dirtiest I have ever seen ANYWHERE. When you got in the shower the whole tub floor was black. Dirt, grime, random black pieces of some mystery fabric…. It had it all. There was enough dirt on the floors under the bed and behind furniture to say they had never been cleaned since renovation. Dirt was EVERYWHERE. Stay Away! Service at desk was almost non-existant. Checked in under wrong name, wifi was awful and hard to set up. One elevator, awful breakfast.

The key machine was broken when we checked in so the front desk walked us to our room with our per. We didn’t really think much of it. We mentioned we were going to grab food and come back and we’re told they’d walk us up again. No problem, right? Upon return were told that about a dozen of us are locked out of our room because the master key card stopped working in addition to the key making machine.
