The smell was awful. It seem clean but sheets and pillow smelled bad. The knob to the shower was coming apart when we tried turning on the water to shower. The elevator was just making weird noises no type of maintenance seemed to be done

Don’t stay here No power in the first room. The breaker door panel fell off its hinges when I opened it to reset a breaker. The breaker wouldn’t reset so we got a new room. There was also a ton of mold in the hallway window screen. The front door lady was nice at least.

I will never use Expedia to book another hotel. I booked a room for out of town guests. We arrive the staff states they have a reservation for us but no rooms. How does this happen? no clue. I had guest that took flights to get here. They then state they can find me another room at another extended stay but can't guarantee where that hotel will be. I was very upset with the service and business I received and will be calling corporate.

Horrible condition I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds each one, and when checked in, they gave 2 rooms with only 1 bed. so, i had to go to Walmart and get 2 inflatable beds. moreover, 1 elevator was not working, no toilet paper neither towels in rooms. calling front desk was an odyssey, there was not answer. honestly, i would never recommend this hotel to any one

The room wasn't clean and ready on time the towels wasn't clean i call for the tv they didn't send nobody

Good place for a quick stay, not an extended stay. Don't expect coffee/tea in the rooms or lobby.
