It was falsely advising no pull out couch, the whole lay-out was different. Alot of rooms wasn't clean, door wouldn't close or lock

Got off the elevator to the floor where my room was and pot smell was extremely strong, room smelled like it had a smoker living in it a week ago. Went to take a shower and there was no shampoo. Got out of thr shower and there wre only two small hand towels. At night, there was a major fight in the hallway ams two work associates that had rooms near the elevator said it sounded so bad they were expecting gun shots. Didn’t stay at the property because of covid. The hotel does not offer deferrals of booking. Please be aware of booking to ensure you will be staying.

Not much of a lobby at this hotel, which was odd. The room was clean however the bed or the pillows were not very comfortable.

There were roaches EVERYWHERE, i asked to be changed to another room and SURPRISE! More roaches. These people should not be in the hospitality service

Driving up to the facility there were homeless people everywhere! Did not have a safe feeling when I pulled in. I then went into the place to get my room, staff was busy ordering their lunch as I was standing, never even acknowledging that I was standing there. When I finally got one of the 3 girls standing there attention I began telling them of my reservation and they told me that they didn’t have the room I booked, which wAs a king size bed, they only had a single.
