First room that was given wasn't clean. Got stuck in the elevator. Outside of the property pretty rundown. Shuttle service was not provided even though it was advertised. Was given 2 muffins for breakfast

O quarto ser claro. Entra sol. Não gostei do cooktop so ter uma boca funcionando e a janela bloqueada. Solicitei conserto e não fui atendida. Por falta de limpeza o quarto estava havia de baratas. Quando você acendia a luz a noite sempre via pequenas baratas andando na cozinha. Fiz o check in no domingo e check out no domingo seguinte e não teve limpeza. Não retornarei nunca mais nesta estadia.

Quiet a loud hotel, the construction seemed cheap which allowed lots of outside noise in. Room smelled like weed and fried food. Even though we were in the midst of a virus outbreak in an the Port Everglades area we did not see additional cleaning procedures. The elevators were covered with fingerprints inside and out.

This place had cigarette burns in the sheets and bugs in the room. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. I could have stayed at a cleaner Motel. Also the front desk woman was very weird and said she had to walk us up to our room and check to make sure the "girls were not in the room because sometimes they are" and she opened the door slowly (even though it was pitch black in the room) as if something sketchy was going on. All around erie vibes in this place. did not feel comfortable!!

didn't appreciate the hotel, takes you back to the 70 s and the mold was dated about then as well

Don’t do it Room needed an update the toilet rocked on its base, room was dark and dreary. Not as expected for the price of the Park Plaza. Total dissatisfaction The breakfast was cellophane wrapped donut or granola bar and lousy coffee with fake creamer.
