Property is very dated and tired. The staf was not very attentive or friendly. The rooms were clean but could use updating.

Location of this property is very good but its not clean, the friendly person who did check us in was in desperate need of help. It was truly amazing how friendly she was considering how busy she was. The building is in desperate need of a renovation, beds/bedding were old. Be warned, the free breakfast is nothing more than a few muffins and coffee at the tiny front entry (no room to sit down). We just walked across the street and bought our own breakfast.

Not worth the money Toilets lined the hallways, the hotel stunk, toilet seat kept sliding off, the back of the toilet cover didn’t fit properly. Bed looked like someone had been sleeping in it, a pillow was missing. Shuttle service wasn’t available to pick us up from the port, nor take us to the airport the next morning. Apparently the shuttle only works during certain hrs and it has to be scheduled a day ahead. Shouldn’t advertise as a shuttle service hotel, it gives guests the wrong idea. So I know it was spring break and I knew it was going to be busy BUT several of us arrived early and in the lobby we received the same “no rooms available till check in time”. 1.) STAFF WAS RUDE. A worker walked into a room at 8 am workout even knocking. When I called the front to ask for clean towels and toilet paper I was told I had to find the cleaning lady on my floor. Unfortunately, my stay there was not a good experience. 1. It took me about 10 mins to get a room. Meanwhile, he didn't say anything, just checking something through the computer. I started to be nervous and wondered if my reservation was failed. I asked him if he had found my reservation. I clearly remembered he only said "yes..." (and kept looking the screen) instead of "just give me a second" or "sorry for keeping you waiting". 2. Somebody was in my room. Finally I went to the room which he gave me. The key didn't work. Very bad Very bad, one of the worst stays in America, there is no cleanliness, the price for the place, I lived only one day and then lived 5 days in a hotel cheaper than a large difference in terms of luxury, quality and cleanliness

The room was filled will cigarette smoke from the moment we got there. It smelt like someone was smoking in the room with us even though it was a non smoking room. Very loud hotel!! Will not be returning.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. For over $700 for 2 nights, we expected higher quality.

I DONT THINK I WII BE BACK. The condition of the room was verry pitty, the fridge make sush noice we have to unplug ithis way FINNALY feel asleep. The air heather AC unit was smoking and smell like burn. The drapes was soo old when there close you can see the clearity of the sun in the ware where off Specially for the price you are paying, if you want to ck in before 3.00 they charge you $ 25.00. The people who work there where very nice and try to help you.
