The front desk receptionist was very rude. The room was very dirty and smelled . The bathroom was just nasty. I stayed at an Extended Stay in Miami and the rooms was top notched and service was excellent. Its said the Lauderdale location let me down.

The hotel rejected my extension for two additional. On top of that they stole my Bible and my study book. The bathroombwas rusted and the vinyl tile was coming out. The AC didn't keep me cool. There are suspicious people walking all around throughout the day and parked in the parking lot.
