Very dangerous. Undesirables hanging around property, AC not working, feel extremely unsafe

They had a terrible room service plus my room did not have a curtain and I slept three days with the light hitting my face from the pole. I’ve stayed in many hotels like this chain and they all been great. This one was terrible.

Don’t go to this Hotel staff will answer you like if you was in the hood. The breakfast is nasty. And don’t ever ask for housekeeping there is none. Also no pillows or extra sheets according to Shen in the front desk she states we don’t have everything with a attitude.

This hotel looks more like a shelter. Even the staff were very nice, the room wasn't worth the price. Bath tub clogged, AC was leaking day and night, to the point that we were drying the floor with towels. Two full beds and not so comfortable. Lor of pwople hangingout in fronr of rhe premises. The stove wasn't working property but they fixied It immediately. We stayed 2 days. We reported the issues when we checked out. .

We tried to check in at 2:30 and was told that no rooms was available and check-in was 3 o’clock so we had to wait in our car in reality. The hotel clerk didn’t want to check in because her shift was ending. No ice machines, no trash cans in the room and very noisy. Also poor water pressure in the shower.
