Seems like this property has less man power. Property condition is ok but the rooms are terrible at least the one we got. Cleaners used for room are so strong we had to run air conditioner for few hours and still smell didnt go. Sofa bed is terrible and Springs make so much noise. Very uncomfortable. Also wash basin was clogging and water didnt go smooth. Top of refrigerator had lots of dust. Only plus is the front desk assistant who tried tp help us

Very very worst. They said breakfast included but they served only coffee and no milk & sugar.

Promete muito, mas decepcionante O atendimento é ruim, funcionários parecem insatisfeitos com o hotel, fazem de tudo. A limpeza do quarto não aconteceu, e já estava sujo. O Café da manhã se resume a Café, leite concentrado - que acabou no primeiro dia e a funcionária não quis colocar outro-, e um murfi. We paid for the stay to have breakfast and because one person forgot the key we weren’t able to have it. We even woke up early for that

The property was average and reasonably priced, but it advertised amenities that it couldn’t offer such as breakfast (they barely had coffee and cookies) and access to a pool onsite
