Bath tub was not well cleaned and we had extremely cold water during our stay, everyone started complaining and supposedly they said the water heater wasn’t on. Like what in the world they said to wait 2 hours, we waited and guess what it never got fixed even the following day we had same problem . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I was awoken by a motorbike engine being tested under my window. Mgmt know about this a long time guest where repairing their motorbike at 1:30 am .i have video . had to go down to d/desk cuz the phone doesn’t work in my room . Front desk was mostly unhelpful we stayed there for almost 3 weeks cook top sucked you could here the other rooms sounded like the person above me was dropping weights on the floor around 2 am the front desk guy let someone in who then pulled the fire alarm and ran off waking up the whole hotel and the beds were as hard as the floor
