I had a room with no remote control for the TV. I called the front desk, and the woman told me to come down and get the remote from her. Usually hotels will bring you things to your room, but I figured maybe she was the only one working so I went back to the lobby. She left the desk unattended between the time she told me to come and the time I went downstairs. The customer service was trash. The room was clean, and it had a small kitchen. Liked nothing. Did not like: cold and very limited breakfast, no coffee/tea in the lobby during the day, no regular milk for coffee, dirtiness, stains everywhere, sticky floor and sofa, limited set of dishes, only 1 tiny shampoo for a room meant for 6 people, need to ask for everything, tiny waiting area/breakfast area near lobby.
