Lo que pasa es que no pude viajar por causa de la crisis sanitaria por el Coronavirus, y esta reserva fue la única que no pude cancelar ni aplazar, por lo tanto me están cobrando algo que no pude usar por causa de la pandemia, es decir por algo que no tuve la culpa.

I don’t go back hotel very very old no clean no good quality on their linen

The hotel is directly in the line of flight for the Miami International Airport. A jet rattled the room every 90 seconds. We did not sleep....

Poor shuttle service! There was no shuttle service from the airport despite inquiring about it and being advertised as such. The shuttle runs on a restrictive schedule that was not documented in the hotel details. the information gave a different impression as it never stated that there were restrictions on times.

One of our rooms smelled like urine so bad we all had to stay in one room.
