It serves it purpose and location was great. Could use better beds and have more breakfast available. A little dirt in halls and elevators. Bed very uncomfortable. Every time husband went down for breakfast there was nothing left and that was one of the reason we picked it. Great location, good price, good staff.

Solo si necesitas estancia corta y estar cerca del aeropuerto La limpieza del hotel , pésima. Las alfombras muy sucias. Reservamos una habitación para tres personas, la cama adicional el colchón muy dañado y sucio,tuvimos que hacer la cama nosotros y no había l lencería de cama. No nos dieron cobija. Tiene cocina pero ningun utensilios para cocinar. Ni platos ni nada. Despues de dos días fuimos a cambiar las toallas , no t niam disponible, estaban todas lavándose. An absolute nightmare. When we arrived there was zero prior notice that the pool was closed ahead of time. We asked if pool would be open tomorrow and the woman at the front desk just barked “no”. Zero explanation or apology. Just no. We got to our rooms and my kids room smelled horribly like mold. We told the desk and they said “it’s not mold, it’s just Miami” like we have never been here before. I have lots of photos of the mold covering the outside of the windows. Para uma urgência e o ideal….O café da manhã é muito fraco! Não há adaptação p tomadas elétricas de outros tipos q não sejam as americanas… Isso complica muito!!! Estava muito cansado….. Apenas descansei , tomei um banho, comi alguma coisa….e fiz o checkout. Solicitei o cancelamento da minha reserva….porque fiz o checkin madrugada do dia 9 e saí às 11h deste mesmo dia!

Bad Llegamos a las 20:00 hrs la reserva era dos camas y un sillón cama, y no lo respetan. Cuando preguntamos por el sillón cama ya no tenían ese tipo de habitación., y si no nos gustaba qué nos fuéramos,con todo el inconveniente qué eso significa. Menos mal encontramos otro hotel,muy bueno ,amables, qué si bien era más caro, valió la pena. Booking me solucionó el problema de cancelar la reserva,ya qué no fui culpa mía.

The worst hotel I have ever been! 1. Dirty bedroom, old sofabed and uncomfortable 2. Staff not friendly 3. They could not solve my petition of changing bedroom, even thooug they had plenty of them
