I think if you pay for a room to have two queens and it has two fools, you should definitely get something in a refund The shower was in really bad shape. The beds were supposed to be queens and they were fools. It was OK. It wasn't horrible

Poor The sheet were duty. They were homeless gentle roaming the halls. Police came and escorted out a lady. felt very unsafe. Tub was dirty. I sent photos.

We needed a place to stay as we had an event to attend in town. Experience could’ve been better. The grab and go breakfast… isn’t it, especially as most hotels, smaller ones mind you, actually cook food or provide hot food rather. The little grab and go isn’t what I was expecting. The service at the end wasn’t good as she acted like WE were bothering her just to check out. They need to be accommodating, more options for breakfast & be upfront on their facility offering The breakfast was very limited. Didn't have many options, only 1 fruit, muffin, health bar, tea or coffee.. No water or juice...the vending machine didnt work...they never stated the pool wasnt operational until we asked. The room was very clean. The breakfast was the worse. Location was average.
