Good Every thing, less the personal Olin front desk The personal of front desk

Not worth the money. No towels. And every time we went to get towels there was none available. They also have hidden fees. No where on their website did it say an additional $100 for security deposit

Het hotel beloofde meer zoals het gepresenteerd was. Enige wat top was, was de locatie dichtbij de airport. Muffe geur in de kamer. Bedden met bedwantsen! Nu nog last van. Geen beddengoed voor slaapbank terwijl boeking met 4 personen was. Ontbijt was geen ontbijt te noemen; het was koffie een koek of een reep. Verder was er niets!! Geen borden, bestek, fruit, water, geen servetten etc. Aparte figuren; het was eerder een verblijf voor langere tijd voor Amerikanen dan echt hotel voor gasten. De locatie.

No breakfast is included only breakfast to go, which is not really breakfast I did not like the breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast it state after you booked they give you a paper stating that is breakfast to go. There was no orange shoes. There was no juices as stated there was only like four chocolate small muffins and coffee I asked to see if they had any more juices or anything else and they stated that they had nothing else so that was very upsetting. Very Poor The pool was closed they had no ice machine and the vending machine was out of order tge room was ok but the bathroom door would get stuck

I Did Not Stay! Not happy with Booking.com or Extended Stay. Their pool was closed and no one at Booking.com answered my call, or the Customer Service employee's call. I did not stay. Booking.coms quoted rate was not what Extended Stay America expected me to pay. I cancelled and went to the Sleep Inn next door.

A waste Breakfast options and the pool being opened. And proper cleaning of the bathroom. Please make sure your equipment works! What breakfast? Kiddie size muffins and oatmeal packs is not breakfast. It was no yogurt, cereal, fruit, or anything of that matter. And why the pool was closed. Bed lamp didn’t work. Hair in tub. Overall, a waste of $200.
