Disappointment The breakfast was horrible and was significantly lacking. The late night and morning crew who assisted us tried but were more interested in their own conversations and tasks than assisting us. Very little understandable English was spoken and hard to understand the extra charges they were being added as a temporary hold until checkout. Appalling. I would avoid Staff member on arrival was unfriendly. After 1hr waiting for the shuttle bus and getting a taxi, we are informed they’re not currently running the shuttle bus, pool also temporarily out of service, the two reasons I booked this hotel. Nothing fresh for breakfast. If you arrive after 6:30am don’t expect yogurts. The room smells shockingly musty every-time you walk. Key cars stops working randomly so have to return to reception. Very bad experience They only have grab and go breakfast. Nothing fresh. They have shuttle service which has no airport permissions. Some of the front desk staff doesn't know english. Driers don't work. Had to pay 3 times for half a load of clothes to dry. Swimming pool is not accessible. Phones doesn't work in the room. Have to go to front desk for every thing. On top of all these we lost our clothes that were in washer. Stove is not working in the room.

Decepcionante... O Café da Manhã é um filme terror, o pior que eu já tomei na vida... Lamentável. 1) Cobraram U$ 100,00 dólares de taxa no momento do Check-In e até agora não devolveram o meu dinheiro, mesmo já tendo se passado mais de 4 dias do fim da minha estadia no Hotel. 2) O Ar Condicionado não é bom. 3) As Janelas do quarto abrem de forma minúscula, dificultando uma ventilação mais natural. 4) A Piscina do Hotel estava inutilizável, uma lástima total. Da localização ser próxima do Aeroporto.

Muy regular, en el hotel en cuanto a mi reserva. pague por un servicio de comodidad y no fue asi. Que no me cumplieron con mi reserva de la habitación, mis hijos durmieron muy incomodos y pagando por un servicio mas confortable tuve una mala experiencia con mi reserva, por que reserve desde el 30 de Junio de 2023 una habitación con dos (2) camas dobles y después realice una adición de un sofá, y cuando llegue la habitación solo tenia una cama doble, esto me genero mucha molestia, y adicional una de las funcionarias me que ib... read more

Sucks Front desk was not at their post. Had requested a late check in due to late flight, and couldn't enter hotel with wife and kids for 45 minutes after arriving because no one was answering the phone and the door were locked.
