Never again They had a one bed for 6 people and we booked March 2024 finally found a room with two beds and gave us the two two rooms at no extra cost. Staff was not helpful until I asked to speak to the msnsgety You get what you pay for

very bad experience, rude treatrement the rude supervisor and the breakfast, it was not even a continental breakfast despite of the fact that the front desk had informed that we could stay in the room up to noon, cause we had arrived at the hotel around 1am, we were kicked of the room by the employee, I guess the hotel superviser, saying that we will be charged for a later check out. There is no breakfast, only coffee yogurt and muffins.

Disappointing
Probably won’t stay here again Pool was closed, someone in next room was smoking pot and when I asked to use the restroom on our extra 2 hours they said they didn’t have one; what hotel doesn’t have a restroom. Also charged me 100.00 deposit over the room rate. They said they would credit it back but I have never stayed where I had to make a deposit They gave us a late checkout and let us store luggage an additional 2 hours

Disappointing
Way to pricey for what it was The pool was closed. And there was only 1 chair in the room. Asked for another and was told they can't move furniture around There is no breakfast. Only muffins and yogurt and fig bars and juice
Terrible breakfast The front desk staff seemed annoyed to be there. Very poor customer service. Asked that he needed to see a US valid ID which made visitors from other country uncomfortable and not welcomed. Bed were ok

Generally speaking: dirty. Guests and service: Not the best. Dirty floors, rooms smell like cigarettes and front desk service pretty much useless. Male guests were running around topless and couple next to me spent all night arguing really loud which I could hear from my room. Location served its purpose. Right in front of the airport.
