Ужасно Всё написал в комментарии выше. Завтрака как такового нет, в номерах убирается раз в неделю, в постели клещи. Худший отель в моей жизни.

Very Poor I came from NJ via flight and just for sleep, but the hotel looks like a homeless shelter and breakfast included ( only muffins) 🤣 I don't why they keep muffins too , they shouldn't keep anything because homeless shelter and they charged me for night $133.00 N/A

The room was not as expected. Kitchen had no basic things in the suite. No hairdryer Smelly; no one at front desk to service at 10pm. Had to call all the time Location

Nula gestión al cliente El servicio al cliente es Lo PEOR en este hotel. El personal nada atento. Se me quedaron unos zapatos nuevos y un coche de bebé. Rubbish not good enough for booking. Com Very badly run see comments above then they have the check to charge you a security fee Very disappointing start to our holiday We were put on the top floor lift was broken,2 of our suitcases we’re damaged. No pots and pans you could not make a drink . The fold bed mattress was lumpy we had to wait for the bedding which was being washed poor start to our holiday
