Disappointing The staff did not speak English, which made checking in difficult despite having a reservation. It took about 15 minutes to explain that I needed a handicap room. The room was very sparsely stocked. The handicap bath was terrible in design as the seat was so far away from the shower head that I was unable to even get wet.

Descanso no satisfactorio Reservé solo una noche para descansar cerca del aeropuerto. El sofá estaba totalmente vencido, uno de nosotros no durmió por la incomodidad. Cercanía al aeropuerto

I was ripped off they would not take cash even though i had a booked room.They made me walk two miles to a convenience store to get gift cards so that i could pay by credit card instead of cash.Two times.I am 67 years old.Then they took the debit cards from my hand and ran them.Unfortunately i was not refunded the 100 dollars deposit i paid for the room by visa on the gift card they the hotel made me get. Visa says they cant reload the 100 deposit on the card.So i have a gift card i can not use and i am out 100 dollars.Obvio... read more
