Horrible experience I had an absolutely horrible experience with my trip at Extended Stay in Alameda. I wasn't expecting much considering my trip was booked for cheapness through business purposes, but I was expecting cleanliness and safety. Disappointed there were no plastic cups for even simple drinking. There was no shampoo. The room was bare, except for the bed and a desk. I would expect for an extended stay that at least there’s some sort of a chair to lounge in or something.

Rude and Dirty The staff was incredibly rude behind the front desk and the hotel and room was filthy. The man at the front was unnecessarily rude and offensive when I checked in. Then when I requested dishes to use the man at the front desk (the only person working at the time) gave me a very hard time. My room had a whole in the wall, the alarm clock made clicking noices all night long and my room was surrounded by noisy people Both were yelling on top of their lungs. If you want a good night sleep, do not stay here.

Sheets were dirty, had to ask to change them, curtains didn’t close all the way, had to use ironing board to fill the gap, struggled to close the window, embarrassing for all the money per night I paid.
