I like that they allow dogs. I like that there are washers and dryers on premise. I like that the outside grounds are beautiful and kept well. I didn't like that every morning there was a buzzing sound coming from the back office that wasn't ever shut off and woke me up every morning really early. I didn't like that staff members were chatting in the hallways very loudly and laughing very early in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location next to the marina is quite nice. My disappointment was with the room I paid for not being available on arrival, the need to then argue for a price reduction to the cost of the room provided, and the unavailability of cookware for the kitchen. The price difference for the rooms was $20 per night when I booked on Travelocity and $15 - $20 per night on the Extended Stay web site. Check in was nearly impossible despite having reservations. The front feet staff left in the middle of helping me. I was charged 4 times for 1 night. There was a rat problem in this building. Needless to say, I did not rest easy. Would not return.
