Just called & spk./w the GM. My husband was bitten over 65 times by bedbugs. She said that they would do an incident report and have the room examined for bugs, and get back to us in a minimum of 5 days. But implied that we should have called sooner. My husband will not complain, he just won't go back. He said the room had not been cleaned in a while, ring around the tub and looked like dried ice cream on the nightstand.

The view of the bay was pleasant from the hallways but it wasn’t worth it. There was a pubic hair on one of the pillows, there was sticky pink stuff on the air conditioner, there were crumbs under the light. Overall just disappointing but staff were pleasant.
