I didn't like anything about the room and they have roaches my phone dropped and I moved the dresser and roaches came running out and then I went to use the bathroom and it was too baby roaches in there then I got to check in at 2:35 a.m. I will not recommend this place to anyone and you would think it would be clean because it's in Alameda by the water

Poor service When it was time to check in the room the host greeted us after a few minutes. Once we got into the room it seemed pretty clean and spacious (as stated in their description). Upon settling in we noticed that the TV wasn't working. It said that the cable had no signal. I walked up to the front desk to ask for help. I was then told that their maintenance worker was gone for the day, so I couldn't have it looked at until the next day. Smelly Rooms Had two rooms. Both rooms were dirty. Floors was extremely sticky. Both rooms stunk of grease and cigarettes. Luckily there was a target nearby. Had to buy Fe breeze and multiple air fresheners for both rooms. Still smelled bad. Will not recommend or stay at this location again.

I had checked Christmas Eve and got a room with a family of roaches on the floor. Got another room and when I was in the shower s huge roach crawled on the bathroom door frame. Bathtub had tons of black hair I had to clean out… ring around the tub- dirty floors. Dirty handles with residue… I use to live here during Covid for about two months.
