DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE We paid for a king room as it had breakfast included. PAID for it and was told upon checkin they'd discontinued breakfast. I requested that a portion of our stay be removed to compensate for the breakfast we didn't receive. My request was met with ctalk to Hotels.com or Expedia. Also, there was no coffe pot as advertised in the room. No dishes, silverware, cups, etc. Just a stove and microwave to cook with. Nothing to eat with or on. What I did not like about this hotel is that they charge you upfront a security deposit which going on your credit card until you stay there is up. The security deposit is $200 that post to your credit care which accumulates interest. I asked management why don't they just place a hold on the card but do not charge the card unless there are damages when I leaving the hotel. I asked customer service about this and they referred me over to this district manager who never eve gave me a call back to discuss this issue. Don't go ... read more

I reserved a room in this property because I thought is going to be a quiet place where I can get a good quite night instead around midnight the neighbors started to watch movies with very but very high television volume., I went to see the attend no one was at the reception. Around 3:20 AM I finally found the receptionist. I told him about the high television volume. I had to be up around 7 AM because I had a business appointment. This place is a dump. It is also in the middle of construction and is a mess. I would never have stayed at this place had I known what a dump it is.

very bad experience. Terrible experience. Really thin walls, you can hear everyone's conversation in the rooms next to yours. Didn't get any sleep. the lobby is full of dust, so I had respiratory issues. there's really no breakfast, just granola bars. There's no shampoo or conditioner or lotion provided in the room. you have to ask for a blow dryer to get one. They do not clean your room EVER, they told me once a week. that's pretty bad.

Hotel was under construction. "Breakfast" is a joke. Musty room and loud fridge. Noisy guests.
