It's a good location, perhaps the only plus. The "free" wifi is way below average, they charge you for decent internet access. Really? The "continental breakfast" is coffee (no other beverages), granola bars, and instant oatmeal. Are we camping? Room was a bit dirty. The fridge also ran 24 hours a day, had to turn it off to stop the loud noise from continuing every moment. Hotel did not look like pictures online. Traffic was horrible in the morning. Room and hallways smelled stale. Shower made an awful high pitched noise whenever turned on.

The good: friendly staff, nice marina view, located near convenience shopping plaza. The bad: common areas dirty and shabby, our non-smoking room reeked of smoke despite our efforts to air out and use of room spray & scented candle. Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable and smelled of smoke, bedding was worn threadbare, wall art glass was cracked and spotted with ??, and window screens were ripped so we ended up with bug bites from keeping windows open trying to air out room. Won’t return to this location.

The property is in desperate need of an update and cleaning. It was absolutely filthy. The whole hotel is supposed to be non-smoking yet my room smelled of cigarette smoke. They told me they could not provide me with a new room as they were booked solid and wouldn't discount my bill. The room itself was very dirty, I didn't even feel comfortable removing my shoes. After I had to contact the manager several days later I was issued a slight refund but I would still NOT recommend this hotel.

Did not meet our expectations Safe area, lobby nothing to speak of, don't expect a breakfast, they serve grab and go items, just mini granola bars, mini muffins and coffee. That's it. I had to ask for bottled water. WIFI is slow, no ice machine, they will offer you ice cube trays to make your own cubes. Room smelled like pets, some of the furniture was chewed.
