다음엔 절대 안가고픈 호텔. 다음과 같은 사항이 불만이었습니다. 호텔로만 보자면 인생 최악의 서비스였네요. 1. 비용 처리 및 직원 HOTELS.com에서 미리 완납하였는데 1박 후 330불을 부과함. 미리 다 납부하였다고 설명하였더니 자기가 알아본다고 하고 알려준다고 하고서는 결국 알려주지 않음. 다른 직원에게 체크아웃시 얘기를 했더니 직접 전화해야 한다고 함. 2. House keeping 5일을 묵는 동안 방 청소/정리를 한번도 하지 않음. 할려고도 안함. 이런 호텔은 처음 봄. 3. Towel 청소/정리를 안해서 며칠 지나 towel이 부족하여 더 달라고 하니 빨래하는 중이라 45분 후에 준다고 함. 2시간이 넘어도 안주길래 다시 프론트로 갔더니 다른 직원으로 바뀜. 이 직원도 빨래중이라 없어 나중에 갖다준다고 함. 또 몇시간이 지나도 안가져다 주길래 다시 프론트로 찾아감. 그제서야 타월 2장 줌. 당췌 서비스 할 생각은 있는것인지 의심스러움.

Beware the budget rate Staff was nice enough but the room smelled like cat urine, the ventilation smelled musty, the beds evidently hadn't been vacuumed under in ages (don't want to guess at what was under the dust bunnies), the furniture was raggedy and chipped, and we had all of two towels for a double queen room. The shower made a god-awful screeching noise if you turned it from the trickle setting and the ground-floor room looked out onto a dog-walking thoroughfare with people at bed level right outside the window. Filth. There were barking dogs down the hallway, raunchy food smell and guests smoking pot in the parking lot. The room was filthy- so much so that we couldn't even fathom taking a shower there let alone sleeping in the bed (for fear of bedbugs!). We ended up leaving that night and didn't even sleep there. Stay far, far away from this place!!!

Beware, all 4th floor are smoking rooms. When I checked in I was not asked if I wanted a smoking room. We were put on the 4th floor which had a strong cigarette smell when we exited the elevator. We asked for another room but were told there weren't any. The next day we left with our luggage, clothes and hair smelling like smoke and I felt like I had smoked a pack through the night.

Dig hair infested towels This hotel stay was awful. Not only are the rooms completely stripped of anything you may need including trash cans but the phones don't work to call down to the office to get even a cup. The maids obviously don't change out all including unused towels from previous guests. I took a shower and when I grabbed a towel off the rack to dry off I was covered in dog hair! It was disgusting! You get what you pay for If you like human hair, this is the place for you. The bed's middle comforter was covered in long, women's hair and the top comforter was scratchy and obviously unclean. The shower had hair (both kinds) on the outside of the tub, but was mostly clean on the inside. The bed wasn't awful, at least initially when you got in, but I woke up with back aches both mornings. Vomit on bed skirt I hate to leave bad ratings but this place was absolutely disgusting. First, their was vomit on the bed skirt on both sides of the bed, reeked of cigarette smoke, and bedding was extremely dirty as if it hadn't been wash (hair and dried on stains). If you are looking to get a good rest, I hope you can sleep through the train honking its horn all night. Awful place, just a disgrace unfortunately. Can't believe I paid to sleep in that hole.

Avoid if possible. The room that was assigned to me during my check in was not the room I paid for during my online reservation. Upon check out they tried to charge me an additional $20+ for my reservation although when I checked in they told me it was paid in full, they refused to give me a print out, saying because I booked through expedia they couldn't give me one, although I used hotels.com. Would avoid this hotel in the future, no parking and incompetent staff.

You get what you pay for. Although the location is nice for walking, the property is remarkably old and a little creepy. If you go for Extended Stays because of the full kitchen, be warned that they do not automatically provide kitchen supplies. You have to request dishes, cups and silverware from the front desk. The dollar store quality was apparent. Also, you can forget about extra blankets. I requested an extra blanket and it was literally see-through.....smh.
