You get what you pay for If you like human hair, this is the place for you. The bed's middle comforter was covered in long, women's hair and the top comforter was scratchy and obviously unclean. The shower had hair (both kinds) on the outside of the tub, but was mostly clean on the inside. The bed wasn't awful, at least initially when you got in, but I woke up with back aches both mornings. Vomit on bed skirt I hate to leave bad ratings but this place was absolutely disgusting. First, their was vomit on the bed skirt on both sides of the bed, reeked of cigarette smoke, and bedding was extremely dirty as if it hadn't been wash (hair and dried on stains). If you are looking to get a good rest, I hope you can sleep through the train honking its horn all night. Awful place, just a disgrace unfortunately. Can't believe I paid to sleep in that hole.

Avoid if possible. The room that was assigned to me during my check in was not the room I paid for during my online reservation. Upon check out they tried to charge me an additional $20+ for my reservation although when I checked in they told me it was paid in full, they refused to give me a print out, saying because I booked through expedia they couldn't give me one, although I used hotels.com. Would avoid this hotel in the future, no parking and incompetent staff.

You get what you pay for. Although the location is nice for walking, the property is remarkably old and a little creepy. If you go for Extended Stays because of the full kitchen, be warned that they do not automatically provide kitchen supplies. You have to request dishes, cups and silverware from the front desk. The dollar store quality was apparent. Also, you can forget about extra blankets. I requested an extra blanket and it was literally see-through.....smh.

Blah arrived at hotel at about 11am but couldn't check in until 3pm. Was told they would call when room was ready but never called. No airport shuttle. 2 guests but 1 plastic cup and 1 bar of soap. The tub was locked to shower only, not good when traveling with children. The glass for the 1 picture in the room was broken. Didn't see the little sign for requesting kitchen equipment/utensils until my 2nd night so I had already purchased what I needed. Don't think the room was vacuumed. Horrible & Ghetto Hotel / Motel The Staff is horrible . So disrespectful. !! My husband & I were basically put out 30 mins after check out. Even though it was only 30 mins & we did ask for a late check out .The manager Alicia still came banging on our door saying we have to go bcus they have to clean rooms. Then she says our room smells like pot when my husband & I both have very professional jobs & has never smoked in our life . The location Is convenient, but the room was very out dated and they didn't even have a blow dryer in room, if you need anything you have to go down to the lobby and get it. They didn't even offer to bring it up... we will defeniatly not be coming back. We will try Jack London square next time.

Servicewüste Perfekte lage um mit dem boot rüber nach sf zu fahren aber leider ziemlich abgewohnt. Türschloss klemmt, küche mit seltsamen flecken, komfortsessel ohne richtige funktion... Frauenhaare im bett... In unserem 2 ten zimmer toilette unsauber. Als highlight an einer nacht party im obersten stock, an schlaf nicht zu denken, hotelpersonal bemerkt es nicht oder will nicht. Am nächsten tag sehr unfreundliche abhandlung der problematik. Morgens kaffee zeitig aus und auch auf nachfrage nach 30 min kein neuer. Schade wegen... read more
