We got in after 4pm and the room that we were getting, she said hadn’t been fixed yet. We were given room 412. That door was jammed shut! We couldn’t get in it. We were given room 517 after asking for one not near the elevator, it was across from the elevator. The seating area was in disarray, I had to put all the furniture away. The “kitchen” had NOTHING! Upon entering the room, we found cockroaches near the bed. There were ladybugs on the walls and other insects along with dirt in the corners. The hallways smelled bad and were incredibly filthy. Therefore, we left the hotel about 20 minutes after arriving and went to another one. Overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

They charged my card ahead of time and it was set up as pay upon arrival.

Awful. A dumpster would have been more comfortable. First room had an awful smell, learned quickly the toilet was clogged. They switched my room. The room was beyond dirty. No latch to lock door for safety. Hot plate wire was melted. No wash rags. Hair all over shower. Hair and food crumbs in sheets. Woke up to an inch of water on the floor in my room destroying my belongings and new items I purchased locally during my stay, all worth 5x more than I paid for the room. The room smelled like weed/ smoke. This was a non-smoking room. We had to leave within an hour as we couldn't stay in that room. Did not return.

I booked a room with a king bed. I was given a room with 2 queens (looked more like doubles). I was told the room I booked was out of order. The lobby smelled of marijuana, other strange smells in the hallways. Door to outside open by the pool making it absolutely freezing in the pool and hallway. My room had a really foul odor and a consistent knat problem. I bought cleaning supplies since my stay was extended there but it did not help. There was no stove and oven just hot plate. Maybe the exhaust fan in kitchen was not working properly and caused the odor in the room. Not sure. The hallways and lobby smelled as well. The stairwell was filthy.
