You get what you pay for We stayed here on NYE hoping to have a nice inexpensive unlavished trip with our 2 young children swimming, watching movies, and relaxing. Unfortunately, the breakfast was basically non existent as it is a "grab and go" style, which we were not told about on check in. We then found out the pool was closed, which we were also not told about on check in, and the cable channel list was limited and due to the set up we were unable to set up our streaming device for movies. I knew I was arriving late and hence I sent message to the hotel to let them know I was arriving very late, between 1:00 to 1:30AM. No response from the hotel. Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk. We had to wait over thirty minutes. Room was not prepared; no towels and the smell of strong spice in the room made my wife feeling sick. Not recommended to stay.

Rooms were surface clean but not clean. Behind the bathroom door was a pile of hair that had accumulated over time and was never cleaned. Getting clean towels was challenging. No sink drain in the bathroom sink. Broken shelf in the tub area. Floors were dirty in the room. We spilled and wiped it up with a towel and the towel was disgusting. My husbands white socks were filthy. The staff were friendly. They were probably the only saving grace. We travel to the area every few months and will not be staying here again.

Please avoid this hotel The hotel was overbooked and did not provide us the room that we reserved through hotels.com. Moreover, they did not offer any solutions for the inconvenience that entirely because of their negligence. When asked they mentioned that they just contacted hotels.com and we would expect an email from them which we did not. From day one of four the hotel had one working elevator and there was no sign or notice of the other one not working. There wasnt much parking due to utility trucks being parked all over. There was a smoky smell in a non-smoking hotel, weird. The beds had dirty sheets and beetles in them.and all the dishes needed washed that we got for the room (you'd think they'd wash them or at least give you dish detergent to wash them yourself. All in all this wasnt the worst I've stayed at but, far from the best.
