Bad smell. Overall, poor condition, but big room.

I think the bed had bed bugs. There were little black things all over the bed. And what looked like blood on the sheets. The bathroom and sink hadn’t been cleaned. It was disgustingly unsatisfactory and not worth the money

The actual room was nice, spacious, modern and clean. But that’s where the good ends. Staff wasn’t very friendly. The hotel is filled with transients and homeless seeming people. There was constant yelling matches on my floor that I could hear non stop. On top of that they only had one elevator working and it was super slow. Stay somewhere else. Trust me. You’re welcome.

Balled up hair and dust by the bed, and the shower was dirty with a disposable razor cap and hair in the corner. The building itself smelled terrible of body odor and marijuana. The heat in my room only worked occasionally. The staff was very friendly, and I was too busy to make a big deal of the issues. I only stayed one night for a conference in the area.

Location good No BREAKFAST The hotel overall was good. They advertise a breakfast. We did not see one. They said it was a grab-n-go. We did see 1 coffee pot and a few oatmeal packets. There is no BREAKFAST OFFERED. The staff was friendly. The room was clean, but the bathroom had a massive amount of mold. I think maybe sealing the grout will help.

Poor Service I received very poor service from a front desk employee during my stay. One morning I stopped by the front desk and I told the female employee that we need a change of towels for our room. The told me, in a curt manner, that I will need to gather the towels, take them back to the front desk and put them in a large bin next to her. Awful hotel, nothing premier about it! The hotel looked abandoned. Carpeting was dirty & not vacuumed. Desk clerk was friendly but not helpful. No carts available to take our luggage in. First room assignment the door was locked from the inside & we were offered no help to get in, although we were assigned a different room. The 4th floor smelled like weed, breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, muffin or breakfast bar, coffee or tea. Only one elevator worked. The room was dirty, the hotel has gone down hill since I stayed 2 years ago. I probably won’t be back.
