I never leave reviews, but this stay left me no choice. Just look at the pictures I posted this place is filthy from top to bottom. The hallways, the rooms, everything was dirty. The towel shown was used just to clean the floors, and the box spring was stained and nasty I had to check for bed bugs because it looked that bad.My sheets were dirty, the end tables were still dusty, and there was black mold in the caulking around the shower. Never again Lobby was neat and clean. Hotel advertised breakfast but was virtually non-existent (coffee, instant oatmeal with no bowls or silverware and a small muffin with snack bars). Our room had no Kleenex and ONE plastic cup. Sink light did not work (though they replaced tubes to remedy). My bed spread was oversized (king vs. double I believe).

Check in was bad, front desk clerk was very rude. Room smelled bad, had hair all over the bathroom floor, bathroom door wore a groove into the floor it was so hard to close, dogs whining in the room upstairs we could hear. Breakfast was black tar coffee, oatmeal packets and granola bars. Glad this was a single night stay on a road trip.

Worst experience The hotel was gross. Room smelled and the hotel was not clean. Hotels.com would not assist with obtaining a refund.

A lot of things were missing at the property. To begin with there was no phone line to call the front desk and ask them for the missing towel, the missing cutlery and cookware for the kitchen, the door that won’t lock, the sheets that we are missing and many more! There was a receptionist, and when asked if we could talk to one, the response was rude and inhospitable. This truly sets bad expectations about the entire extended America chain. The check in was very pleasant. The young man that greeted us was very friendly. The room was dirty. The sofa bed had crumbs and Cheerios in it when I opened it up. The shower had mold in the grout. It was gross. The grab and go breakfast was alright but the morning attendant was not very helpful and the organization of the help yourself was confusing. She yelled at my son for getting into the refrigerator. We had no idea it was off limits.

Overall experience was NOY GOOD!!! Checkin: Single King is common room size. Even with mid afternoon arrival, staff claimed heavy bookings restricted options. Room assigned couldn’t have been further from elevator Room security was highly questionable. HAD TO SLAM DOOR SHUT to secure door lock. Very unnerving when not in room. We reserved this hotel because it had a pool and we were traveling with children. Not til after we check in, they tell us they permanently closed their pool 5 days before our travels. They could have sent an email saying that so we could decide we no longer want to stay there.
