Unprofessional staff. The lady gave my reservation to someone else and insisted they said my name. She then proceeded to show me their ID on her computer. She made a mistake and tried to blame it on them. Place smelled horribly. Overall, terrible experience. Prices were okay but experience was not enjoyable by any means.

Run as fast as you can away from this hotel!! Hotel sold our room. Was left with no room. We hanks to hotels.com they found us a replacement. We had this reservation for a month and when we arrive we are told they was no more rooms and that they gave ours away.

Wouldn't go there again. Checkin lady not informative or friendly.Got in room, supposed to be queen room, was a double.Clothes still in a drawer from previous person. Popcorn on floor at bed - we didnt have popcorn.There was 1 washcloth for 4 of us. No daily housekeeping/fresh towels. 2nd night went and asked for 4 towels/cloths, and was given 2.
