I booked a room with 2 beds. Got there at 6:20 PM. Check-in was anytime after 3. Candie, the front desk receptionist, told me my room wasn't ready yet. Saidet her see what she could finagle. Couple minutes later, she hands me keys. I go up to the room and see it's only 1 bed. Go back downstairs. Candie now changes her story and says that's the last room in the hotel. The only issue was the power going out through the night so I'm sure a lot of us didn't get much sleep and had to rush in the morning.

Maybe another location…but NOT Cranberry Townships I booked 3 rooms. They were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Each room was equipped with a fridge and microwave (a little kitchenette). Each room came with 2 beds and a pullout sofa bed. However, the floors were dirty (dusty, multiple strands of hair on the floors of the rooms, the hallways had debris all over them, the elevator was not clean - walls nor floors). Bare bones. A bed and a full size fridge but only 1 tiny bar of soap. Not a dish in the cupboard, no silverware or utensils of any kind, not even a cup or glass. No shampoo. We were shocked after coming from a lovely Staybridge Suites the previous night. The Extended Stay definitely made you want to get up in the morning and get out!
