Made me carry my used towels done to lobby to exchange for new ones after I extended my stay…in pouring rain and brought my luggage in wouldn’t check me in 20 minutes early so dragged it back to my car to wait

Room was very dirty, had to go to lobby to get extra linens because there was not enough in room, no toilet paper, shower was dirty with hair, lock on door was broken.

Not good. I had booked a King Size bed and got a Double and was told they had no more rooms and I could take it or leave it. The room smelt of Smoke even though it was a non Smoking room. A patron was throwing up all over the place beside the Elevators on our way up to our room.

The hotel was overpriced for what it offered. There were vending machines in the lobby. The fitness center looked like it was never cleaned. The hallways & rooms smelled.

This property was very uncomfortable. The first room had a broken toilet and when I went to move rooms, the front desk staff made a racist comment about the cleaning crew not reporting the issue because they were “foreigners”. The second room was very sparsely furnished and echoed. The dresser drawers were all broken and would not close. During the day, the cleaning crew played a very loud radio that echoed through the hall into my room. I will never stay here again and highly advise against it for anyone else.

No dishes or coffee pot or silverware. Toilet didn’t flush. No amenities. Would never stay there again
