Pool was not functioning, levels were off. Not sure how they are off if someone is checking it daily. That was one of the reasons we stayed. Night staff was rude, lacking communication skills when we were asking for bedding for a pull out. Floor was dirty, walls had stuff on them, tub nasty.

Checked in at 2:45pm 1st room given to us had not been cleaned at all. 2nd room was supposedly cleaned. Yhe pool was closed for the week and thats the main reason I chose the hotel, 2nd reason I chose hotel was for the breakfast including in the morning which did not happen. Sign on counter even said breakfast from 6:30am to 9am. We went down at 7:30am and there was nothing not even chairs put down at tables. Property is new but the crowd is not good and is not properly managed. Whole hotel, elevators, lobby smells like weed. Even though i opted for non- smoking room, weed smell was inside the room as well. Stay away from this hotel. Not suitable for family.

There was smell of weed all around the property. There was smell of smoke in the entire room. The room was all dirty. Pool had algae inside Breakfast was included with the booking. However, due to Easter, the truck didn’t come and we are still charged for it.

Horrible! Room was so dirty. After telling the front desk they didn’t clean the room. We left early.

The location was great. The elevator was down and no one would deliver towels or blankts to the room. The room was not clean. Especially the bathroom. It looked like there was dry or sticky pee on the floor with hairs stuck in it. The drawers were filled with hair & dust and unusable. The pull out couch was filled with dog hair even on top of the black part before you pull it out. It was cheap and that’s about the only good thing. Elevator doesn’t work. Room door barely worked. Staff was very meh at best. Breakfast was non existent and basically a lie. Shower pressure was terrible. Floors were sticky. The carpet all over the hotel was old and in bad shape. And the people who stayed there seemed to be pretty sketchy in general. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else for a few bucks more. It’ll be worth it I promise.
