Do not stay here. Rooms are a piece of junk. Filthy rooms. Dirty bed sheets. Dirty and unhygienic washrooms. Basin and bath tub were clogged. Smelly corridors. Nothing like the pictures.

Blood on the walls make up stains on pillows toilet paper and unknown brown stuff on floor next to full human fingernail

The property claimed to be smoke free. The room we were in smelled of cigarette smoke throughout. The hallways reeked of curry. Floors of the main floor and lobby were dirty and filled of debris.

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. They have guests that are staying for an extended period due to issues with their primary residence and they treat the hotel like a frat house. People slam doors and yell down the hall to each other all hours of the night. There is trash and laundry just placed in the hall instead of some kind of common gathering area.There are a ton of dogs present and they don't control the barking. There was dog poop in the stairwell that I reported to the staff and no one cleaned it for 2 days... read more

Bad beds hurt my back when I woke up

We got in after 4pm and the room that we were getting, she said hadn’t been fixed yet. We were given room 412. That door was jammed shut! We couldn’t get in it. We were given room 517 after asking for one not near the elevator, it was across from the elevator. The seating area was in disarray, I had to put all the furniture away. The “kitchen” had NOTHING!
