Never Again! Property has really changed since our first stay in 2020. WOW! Often only one of the two elevators were in working order; the pool was “to be inspected” and closed to guests until our final night; the halls were not air conditioned; the entire property smelled terrible; and the rooms were utterly filthy! Never again!

Fraud Lying Front Desk On Overbook The hotel was overbooked and we didnt even get to check in!! I asked for a refund from Hotels.com, so they called the hotel to verify. The hotel lied and said we were didnt show up! My electricity was out from severe storm damage in my area. It was 90 degrees and I had no power for 2 days. Why in earth would I be a no show!!! I did show, and they were full!!

At the moment when I never get to anyone in front desk, when my room is handed over to me the bathroom with a lot of moldy the sheets with stains and the floor with crumbs and there is no talk of the smell. Breakfast cannot be called breakfast.

Courteous staff and room was clean. Advertised to have a pool and it was closed. Very disappointed kids! One of the two elevators was not inuse making for longer waits to get to the upper floors. Overall it was okay.
