The room was disgusting. We found belongings from another guest. My husband moved the chair so I can use the mirror while getting ready and there was food crumbs, dirt, and items under the seat. The couch had a rip on it. Definitely not worth the price. Floor around the kitchen area wasn’t properly cleaned. Front staff was nice but the cleaning was not up to par.

Primero, dijeron que habia desayuno y eso no fue cierto, solo habia cafe y si se terminaba no hacian el refill. Le pedi sobre de chocolate a la recepcionista y por poco casi me boto y me grito, la misma señora me hizo el check out y parecia estar molesta, nunca nos han hecho sentir tan mal en un hotel, ni aqui , ni en otros destinos de otros paises, no lo recomiendo y no deberian trabajar con este hotel

The smell in the room was VILE. The room should not have even been considered for guest use in the condition it was. To have a booking for 6 weeks and given a room in that state was very poor customer care.
