Clean room, loved the small kitchen!
Courteous staff. Had issued with reservation. But staff so patient and understanding. Room was clean. Had a great night sleep.

2 negatives come to mind: You have to ask for shampoo at the front desk, this hotel does not automatically provide it in their bathrooms; and if your room happens to be on the side of the building that is facing away from the front entrance there are very load commercial truck loading activity starting at 6am.
