Friendly helpful front desk
We were traveling for Christmas and needed a pet-friendly place that was also comfortable and well maintained. We came across Extended Stay America, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel was only 10 minutes from our family’s home, with plenty of stores and restaurants just two minutes away, which was perfect for last-minute Christmas shopping. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was quiet, Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

It was good and clean
Bed was decent, everything was clean, not really a lot of comforts or amenities but it was good. Neighbors upstairs pretty much reunited our sleep-someone let their kids run back and forth from 7-11pm and again from 6:30 am on until we left the room. Called the front desk, didn’t really make a difference. I get it, I’ve traveled with kids. It’s hard to keep them still in a hotel room, but hours and hours and hours should not be acceptable. If someone complains, then the hotel should put them on the first floor.

Courteous staff. Room clean.
Son was getting married and we needed an early check in on the 14th. They were very quick to accomodate us. Friendly staff.

The only negative was minnimal access to fresh air and noisy AC and large refrigerator was intermittently noisy. No coffee maker in room but should be standard.
