Elevater wasnt working we had to walk up to the 4th floor was not bad because we were told beforehand. Only thing there was no ice machine on the 4th floor

Even thought their elevator was out of service. The room was clean. Staff at front desk very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Bring your own shampoo. My husband went to charge his phone using a c-cord plugged into the lamp base and it turned out that the light had to be on in order for the phone to charge. We were about to go to sleep and didn't want the light on, so he attempted to unscrew the bulb and a shower of sparks flew out. Yikes. We reported it to the front desk.
