Successfully fixed an issue&got us into our room When we first arrived we were running late to check into our room because our flight was delayed. I called in to let the front desk know that we would be checking in late but they said we couldn’t checkin late so I contacted hotels.com and told them the situation so they could talk to the hotel to see what they could do. Nice hotel Nice hotel. Lot of homeless near by. The shower did not work had to take a bath instead.
